Research of just the product or service and list with contacts. Feedback shows costs and features of product or service.
Research product or service as in (1) above and highlight relevant positive and negative information found regarding the product or service, also details of the components and how they work. Feedback is in the form of a report, showing references to any reports/articles mentioned.
Background search on supplier/manufacturer.
